Welcome to our hormone health and fitness studio, nestled in the heart of Surrey Downs in the North Eastern suburbs of Adelaide, right by Tea Tree Players Theatre and a short drive from Cafe Verde. We take immense pride in offering the ultimate health, fitness, and hormone program tailored exclusively for women. Embracing body positivity, we celebrate the uniqueness of ALL women.

 

Our inviting and intimate studio warmly welcomes women of all ages, is pram-friendly, air-conditioned, has toilets onsite, lots of parking, and ample outdoor space. At our studio, we go beyond traditional fitness routines by providing an array of classes to cater to different preferences and needs. From invigorating Pilates and Barre sessions to high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and dance classes. We strongly believe in a holistic approach to health, which is why we also offer specialised yoga, stretch and meditation classes to foster mental and emotional well-being. Our classes can truly be synced to your cycle. But we don't stop there!
