At Beautiful Bodies Society, we do health and fitness a little differently. We take a holistic approach to your health and wellness by combining hormone health education, fitness, and nutrition to help better support your body at all stages of your cycle. We respect and honour the female body, and acknowledge that it’s okay to have bad days, sleepy days, and energy fluctuations at different times of the month. And that is why we have unique fitness classes that can be synced to your cycle, and how you are feeling at these times.

 

Our goal is to help women in Australia to understand how their body works and how to make the most of their health and vitality. Our hormone-friendly programs and services are designed to help you stay balanced and energized, no matter what stage of life you’re in.

We look at your period as though it’s an end-of-month report card, then we address your hormones like they're your secret soul sister giving you messages to keep your stress down and tell you when to go hard at life, and when to slow down. Our 1:1 hormone health coaching and online group programs allow us to support you on this journey as you learn to better understand your body, change your lifestyle, and take control of your hormones.

HORMONE HEALTH STUDIO

Our unique fitness classes can be synced to your cycle. Our classes are available online (via the Get Synced app) and in-person. We have a variety of different styles of classes. 

 

The classes are:

- Pilates

- Yoga

- Mediation  

- Aerobics 

- Strenegth classes

- HIIT

The Beautiful Bodies Society is all about loving and respecting your body. By honouring and understanding your body you can easily start to work out what it's saying to you and how to help it. Then, creating a healthier lifestyle becomes easy.

We are different and take pride in the fact we love our hormones and look after them with movement, nutrition and a healthy mindset. In this 1:1 program we help you change your lifestyle, love your beautiful body, and take control of your hormones.

NUTRIGENOMICS DNA TESTING & CONSULTATION

We perform unique physiological testing to hack your metabolism and learn all about what is correct for your body type which allows us to individualise your food, fitness, and goals.

 

The Nutrigenomics Wellness DNA testing provides a comprehensive analysis of your DNA so we can create an optimal wellness program according to your genomic profile.
